Ok so we (People of Aurora) had a day off Tuesday for Jr's ACT tests and me and my cousin went downtown. There is this little piece of art between 16th and 17th and people use it to climb and parquer. I noticed how he used his shoes to climb up the walls easier. This put into my mind how the littlest advancement, like a shoe can help us survive. When i went over this several times i realized that it was more just the front of the shoe and the person's lower body strength. On the way back we took the lightrail. I noticed that the light rail would weave through the streets and back into a walled area. How do you think the walled area allowed it to operate more safely and how could they improve the system to make it more 21st centurith?

Does the technology that we are presented with today help us with community and service? I believe so because today's technology can do pretty much everything. How does it benefit though? Phones can help people to get to the location of it better and vehicles provide a faster transport. Machines could even be made ( like street cleaners) to pick up litter. X-rays and other medical machines can be used to find the health of people then allow doctors to help them. But of course technology doesn't have to be just machinery, like your house could have solar panels to save on electrical waste and even wind turbines. Maybe you even have a newer version of an irrigation system that could help with growing crops.
Every day society gives us something new to work with. Spring recently arrived and people are cutting their grass. What kind of lawn mower are they using? Iv'e seen older push mowers, gas powered motors, and drive-able mowers. Even when your going to hang out with a friend on the weekend. You got your phone, ipod, or what ever else you use to call or text your buddy. Or you would prefer to play a handheld.
But is all this technology bad? To much can hurt us, but you don't need all 21st century items. Even if your going to go plant something, like a tree or shrub, and there is tools that helps you get it done faster.
